SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with THE RED ARROW. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
ORDER PROCESSING
All THE RED ARROW products are custom-made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for production and quality checking before your order is dispatched. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification with your tracking details once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Australia — 5–10 business days
- United States — 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe — 7–14 business days
- Rest of World — 10–20 business days
Please note that total delivery time = production time (2–5 days) + shipping time. All timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — sign up to our newsletter to stay informed.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
MULTIPLE ITEMS
Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled and shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfilment location. You will not be charged additional shipping fees if your order is split into multiple shipments.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
THE RED ARROW ships internationally. For orders outside of Australia, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
DELAYS & DISRUPTIONS
While we always aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. THE RED ARROW is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. THE RED ARROW is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at vikrambrar0071@hotmail.com and we will do our best to make changes before your order enters production.
