REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with THE RED ARROW. As all of our products are custom-made to order, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

OUR POLICY: Because every item is produced on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply no longer want the item.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

ELIGIBLE CLAIMS: We will offer a replacement or full refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong item or wrong size due to our error
  • Your item is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered

NON-ELIGIBLE CLAIMS: We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
  • Minor colour variations due to screen display differences
  • Delays caused by third-party carriers or customs

HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM:

  1. Email us at support@the-red-arrow.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  3. We will review your claim within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps

REFUND PROCESSING: Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

EXCHANGES: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please submit a claim (if eligible) and place a new order.
